Jon Cuddeback

Jon Cuddeback is a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident with more than 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry, helping individuals and families achieve homeownership .

After growing up and completing both high school and college in Washington State, Jon purchased his first home in Seattle in the 1980s. During the 1990s, he worked as a General Contractor, gaining firsthand knowledge of residential construction, property values, and the true costs of homeownership — experience that continues to benefit his mortgage clients today.

In 1999, Jon transitioned into the mortgage industry, where he has since helped homebuyers and homeowners successfully purchase and refinance properties through changing markets and economic cycles. His background allows him to provide practical guidance beyond interest rates, including budgeting, equity planning, and long-term financial strategy.

Jon was approved by the State of Washington to teach First-Time Homebuyer Education courses, helping buyers understand the mortgage process, credit improvement strategies, savings preparation, and how to position themselves for successful homeownership.

He takes great pride in helping first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and homeowners refinance with confidence. Whether a client is ready to purchase today or planning one to two years in advance, Jon focuses on education, transparency, and building a personalized roadmap toward homeownership.
